andslowlyclosetesterowcontrolvalveuntilapressureof13789kPa(2000
PSI)isobtained.
12.Holddisconnectedmotorcasedrainhoseintoacontainergraduatedin
ouncesormilliliters(e.g.T oro#TOR4077)andcollecthydraulicuidfor15
seconds.After15seconds,removehoseendfromcontainer.
13.Disengagethecuttingunits,Openthetesterowcontrol,setthrottletolow
speedandstopengine.
14.Recordamountofuidcollectedinthecontainer.
15.Ifvolumeismorethan579ml(19.5oz),repairorreplacethecuttingunit
motor.
16.Removetesterandreconnecthydraulichoses.
17.Checkhydraulicuidlevel(seeTractionUnitOperator’sManual).
18.Repeattestwithremainingcuttingunitmotorsasneeded.
19.Ifspecicationsaremetandcuttingunitperformanceisstillinquestion,test
solenoidvalve(S1R1)relieforreliefvalve(R1)asdescribedinCuttingUnit
CircuitTesting–ReliefValveT est(page4–53).
20.Checkuidlevelinhydraulictankandadjustasnecessary;refertotraction
unitOperator’sManual.
