Inspectthegroomerreelbladesfrequentlyforanydamageandwear.Straighten
thebentblades.Eitherreplacethewornbladesorreversetheindividualblades
toputthesharpestbladeedgeforward(Figure10).Thebladesthatarerounded
tothemidpointofthebladetipmustbereversedorreplacedforbestgroomer
performance.
DisassemblingtheGroomerReel
1.Parkthemachineonacleanandlevelsurface,lowerthecuttingunits
completelytotheground,settheparkingbrake,andremovethekeyfromthe
keyswitch.
2.Removethegroomerreelfromthecuttingunit;refertoRemovingthe
GroomerReel(page9–18).
