IMPORTANT
Replacementrollerbearingsincludestraightgreasettings.Fit90°
greasettingsinbearingspriortoinstallation.Positiongrease
ttingtowardtheoutsideofthecuttingunit.
2.Ifremoved,installthebearingshim(3),angebushing(4),bolts(5)andnuts
(1)ontotheLHskidassembly(2).
3.Slidetherollerassembly(9)intotheskidassemblies.
4.InstalltheLHskidassembly(2)tothecuttingunitassembly(10)andsecure
withthecarriagebolts(8)andnuts(7).Tightenthenuts(7)to40to47N∙m
(29to35ft-lb).
5.Centertherollerbetweentheskidsandtightenthe2setscrewsineach
rollerbearingcoller.
6.Checkandadjusttheheightofcutandmowerpitch;refertothemachine
