IMPORTANT
Ifthecuttingunitdriveshafttubeandshaftwereseparated,ensure
thattheslipshaftyokeandsliptubeyokearealignedwhenthetube
andshaftareassembled.Misalignmentoftheyokeswillresultin
shorteneddriveshaftlifeandwillcauseunnecessaryvibrationwhen
thecuttingunit(orimplement)isoperated.
1.Applyantiseizelubricanttothesplinesofthecentergearboxshaft(4),
cuttingunitdriveshafts(3)andcuttingunitgearbox(1).
WARNING
Supportthedriveshaft(weighsapproximately16Kg(36lb))to
preventitfromdroppingandcausingpersonalinjurywheninstalling.
2.Positionthecuttingunitdriveshaft(3)tothemaingearbox(4).Ensurethat
thesliptubeyokeistowardthecuttingunitgearbox.
A.Alignthesplinesonthemaingearshaft(4)tothecuttingunitdriveshaft
andpressthequickreleasepin(2)andslidethecuttingunitdriveshaft
ontothemaingearshaft.
B.Releasethequickreleasepin(2)andcheckthelockingofdriveshaft(3)
byslightlypullingbackward.
3.Positionthecuttingunitdriveshaft(3)tothecuttingunitgearboxshaft(1).
