Removal (Fig. 54)
Note: The ports on the manifold are marked for easy
identification of components. Example: BV is the deck
circuit braking valve and P1 is the gear pump c onnection
port. (See Hydraulic Schematics to identify the function
of the hydraulic lines and cartridge valves at each port
location).
1. Clean hydraulic manifold before doing any disas-
sembly.
WARNING
Before disconnecting or performing any work
on the hydraulic system, all pressure in the
system must be relieved. See Relieving Hy-
draulic System Pressure in the General Infor -
mation section.
2. Remove hydraulic manifold from the machine using
Figure 54 as guide.
3. If hydraulic fittings are to be removed from manifold,
mark fitting orientation to allow correct assembly.
Installation (Fig. 54)
1. If hydraulic fittings were removed from manifold,
install fittings to manifold using marks made during the
removal process to properly orientate fittings.
2. Install hydraulic manifold to the frame using Figure
54 as guide.
3. Make sure hydraulic tank is full. Add correct oil if nec-
essary (see Check Hydraulic System Fluid).
