1.Ensurethatthemachinehasfuelinthetankfor
thetypeofregenerationyouareperforming:
ParkedRegeneration:Ensurethatyou
have1/4tankoffuelbeforeperformingthe
parkedregeneration.
RecoveryRegeneration:Ensurethatyou
have1/2tankoffuelbeforeperformingthe
recoveryregeneration.
2.Movethemachineoutsidetoanareaawayfrom
combustiblematerials.
3.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
4.Ensurethatthetractioncontrolormotion-control
leversareintheNEUTRALposition.
5.Ifapplicable,shutoffthePTO,andlowerthe
cuttingunitsoraccessories.
6.Engagetheparkingbrake.
7.SetthethrottletothelowIDLEposition.
PerformingaParkedorRecovery
Regeneration
CAUTION
Theexhausttemperatureishot(approximately
600°C(1,112°F)duringDPFregeneration.Hot
exhaustgascanharmyouorotherpeople.
Neveroperatetheengineinanenclosed
area.
Makesurethattherearenoammable
materialsaroundtheexhaustsystem.
Nevertouchahotexhaustsystem
component.
Neverstandnearoraroundtheexhaust
pipeofthemachine.
Important:Thecomputerofthemachinecancels
DPFregenerationifyouincreasetheenginespeed
fromlowidleorreleasetheparkingbrake.

buttons1or2toscrolldowntothePARKED
REGENoptionortheRECOVERYREGENoption
