1.Installthefrontcap,wavewasher,andretainingring.
2.Locatetheweldseamontheblowerouterhousing.Installtheinletbelland
thefrontfanmountsothefanmountiscenteredovertheweldseam.Move
thefanmountallthewaytotherightinitsmountingslots(counterclockwise)
andsecurealloftheinletbellfasteners.
Note:Aballbearingisinstalledon1ofthenozzleguidefasteners.
3.Install2nozzleguidesandtherearfanmountsothefanmountiscentered
overtheweldseam(paralleltothefrontfanmount).Movethefanmountall
thewaytotherightinitsmountingslots(thesamedirectionasthefrontfan
mount)andtightenthefastenersfrom5.0to5.5N·m(45to50in-lb).
CAUTION
Theblowerassemblyweighsapproximately50kg(110lbs).Usean
appropriateliftingdevicewhenmovingtheblowerassembly.
4.Temporarilyinstalla3/8–16eyeboltandjamnutintheblowershaftendfor
liftingtheblowerassembly.
