Cuttingreelmotor1hasdetectedthatthe48Vdclogicvoltagehasexceededthehighvoltagelimit.This
faultcausesthecuttingreelmotortobedisabled.
Note:All48Vdcdevicesareconnectedtothesame48Vdcbus.Ifthisisasystemissue,theTEC-5002
combinesall6ofthe48VKeySwitchOvervoltfaults(faults82through87)intoasinglefault(fault31,48
VdcKeySwitchOvervolt).
CircuitDescription
All5cuttingreelmotorssharethe48Vdclogicpowerwiththemotor/generator.
ConditionsforSettingtheFault
Cuttingreelmotor1hasdetectedthatthe48Vdclogicvoltagehasexceededthehighvoltagelimitof67.5Vdc.
Note:ThisfaultcanalsooccuriftheTEC-5002losescommunicationwiththemotor/generatorandreverts
tolimpmode.WhentheTEC-5002losescommunication,itlosesenginespeedcontrol,andthemechanical
governorlimitsenginespeedto3,200rpm.

1.ClearthesystemfaultsfromtheInfoCenter.RefertoClearingFaultsfromtheInfoCenter(page21).
2.Operatethemachine.
