1.Parkthemachineonacleanandlevelsurface,lowerthecuttingunits,shut
offtheengine,settheparkingbrake,andremovethekeyfromthekeyswitch.
2.Removethecuttingunitfromthemachineandplaceonalevelworking
surface.Placethesupportblocksunderbedbartoraisetherearrollerfrom
theworksurface.
3.Loosenthe2angenutsthatsecuretherearrollershafttoeachrearroller
bracket.
4.Ononeoftherearrollerbrackets,dothefollowing:
Note:OnthecuttingunitsequippedwithoptionalHighHeightofCutKit,
therewillbeadditionalrollershimsinstalledbetweentherearrollerbracket
andthecuttingunitsideplate.
A.Removetheangenutsandcarriagescrewsthatsecuretherearroller
bracketandrollershimstothecuttingunitsideplate.
B.Removetherollerbracketandrollershimsfromtherearrollerandcutting
unit.
5.Slidetherearrollerassemblyfromtheremainingrearrollerbracketonthe
cuttingunit.
6.Ifnecessary,removethesecondrearrollerbracketandrollershimsfrom
thecuttingunit.
InstallingtheRearRoller
1.Placethecuttingunitonalevelworkingsurface.
Note:RefertotheCuttingUnitOperator’sManualfornumberofrollershims
requiredforvariousheightofcutsettings.
Note:A0.010inchshim(ToroPartNo.107-4001)isavailabletoallowfor
levelingoftherearroller;refertoLevelingtheRearRoller(page9–15).If
necessary,thisshimcanbeusedononesideoftherearrollerandshouldbe
installedbetweentherearrollerbracketandtherollershim.
2.Ifbothrearrollerbracketswereremovedfromcuttingunitsideplate,position
bracketsandrollershimstooneofthesideplates.Installtwo(2)carriage
