atthetestconnectionsbeforecontinuingthetest.

RPMatthedrivehubsorrubbercouplingwithanon-contacttachometer
(phototach).
7.Makesurehydraulicuidisatnormaloperatingtemperaturebyoperatingthe
machineforapproximately10minutes.
8.Sitintheoperator’sseatandengagethekitPTOswitch.
9.VerifythepumpowatNoLoadasfollows:
A.Unrestrictedpumpoutputshouldbeapproximately21LPM(5.5GPM).
B.Recordthetesterpressureandowreadingsatnoload.
10.VerifythepumpowUnderLoadasfollows:
A.Monitorthetesterpressuregaugecarefullywhileslowlyclosingtheow
controlvalveuntil5,516kPa(800psi)isobtainedonthetesterpressure
gauge.
B.Recordthetesterpressureandowreadingsunderload.
C.Openthetesterowcontrolvalvefully.
