RemovingandInstallingtheSteeringWheel
1.Carefullyremovethesteeringwheelcoverfromthesteeringwheel.
2.Removethelocknutandatwasherthatsecurethesteeringwheeltothe
steeringcontrolvalveorsteeringshaft.
3.Useasuitablepullertoremovethesteeringwheelfromthesteeringcontrol
valveorsteeringshaft.
4.Removethefoamcollar.
5.Applyasmallamountofanti-seizelubricanttothesplinesofthesteering
controlvalveorsteeringshaft,theninstallthefoamcollarandthesteering
wheel.
6.Securethesteeringwheeltothesteeringcontrolvalveorsteeringshaft
withtheatwasherandlocknut.Tightenthelocknutfrom28to35N·m
(20to26ft-lb).
7.Installthesteeringwheelcover.
