18. Install the brake shaft into the slots located on the
bell crank (Fig. 138).
19. Install a spacer on the outside end of the brake shaft
(Fig. 139).
21. Slide a carriage bolt through the brake shaft (Fig.
141).
20. Install the brake lever assembly onto the outside of
the brake shaft (Fig. 140).
