pedal.
•Yourisefromtheseatwhilethebladecontrol(PTO)isin
theEngageposition.
Thesafetyinterlocksystemisdesignedtodisengagetheblade
control(PTO)ifyoushiftthetransmissionintoReversewhile
thebladecontrol(PTO)isintheEngageposition.
SettingtheKeyChoiceSwitchto
OperateinReverse
Aninterlockfeatureonthemachinepreventsthepower
take-off(PTO)fromoperatingwhenyoubackupthe
machine.Ifyoushiftthetraction-controlswitchintoReverse
withthebladecontrol(PTO)engaged(i.e.,withthemower
bladesorotherattachmentrunning),thePTOdisengages.
Donotmowinreverseunlessitisabsolutelynecessary.
Ifyouneedtousethebladecontrol(PTO)whilebacking
up,turnofftheinterlockfeatureusingtheKeyChoiceswitch
locatedneartheseatbracket(Figure12).
