1.ParkthemachineonalevelsurfaceanddisengagethePTO.Stopthe
engine,waitforallmovingpartstostopandremovethekey.Engagethe
parkingbrake.
2.Disconnectthebatterybyremovingthenegativecablerst,thenthepositive
cablefromthebattery.
3.Removethedeckbelt.DeckBeltReplacement(page6–4)
4.Usinga½inchbreakerbar,insertintothemostaccessiblesquareholeof
theidlerarm.
