parkingbrake.
2.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwait
forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.Lowerthemowertothe76mm(3inches)height
ofcut.
4.Releasethemower-deckcurtainbyremovingthe
cotterpin;refertoReleasingtheMower-Deck
Curtain(page35).
5.Removethebeltcovers.
6.Loosenthemowerdeckidlerandremovethe
mowerbelt;refertoBeltMaintenance(page48).
7.Removetheboltsandnutsfromthefrontofthe
plateunderthefootrest.
8.Removeandretaintheboltsandnutsonboth
sidesofthemachine(Figure84).
