5. Remove the six spring washers and one large flat washer from the caster fork shaft.
NOTE: Take note of the washer orientation.
6. Remove the front caster fork from the frame. Inspect the caster fork shaft for wear or damage (Figure 8).
NOTE: Avoid damaging seals and bearings while removing the caster fork.
7. Remove lower caster bearing seal (Figure 9).
