4. Install the lower seal until flush with the frame tube.
5. Set the caster fork into place.
NOTE: Avoid damaging seals and bearings when installing the caster fork.
6. Insert one flat washer and six spring washers (Figure 12). Spring washer orientation is two curved down, two
curved up, two curved down.
7. Install lock nut.
8. Manually rotate caster fork two rotations to verify range of motion.
9. Remove the grease plug on the pivot hub. Install grease zerk in the side of the pivot hub.
10. Using a grease gun, fill the pivot hub cavity until grease is purging out of the upper bearing.
11. Remove the grease zerk and install the grease plug back onto the machine.
12. Install caster cap.
