6. Start the firmware upgrade
1 When you start the application, a popup menu will
recommend a firmware upgrade.
If you want to upgrade, click the
OK button.
Do not click the
OK button multiple times. The upgrade
function will not work properly if this is selected more
than once.
If the Canvio AeroMobile Wireless SSD battery level is
low (<50%), the upgrade cannot begin. You will need to
charge the battery.
2 The firmware upgrade may take approximately 5
minutes. During this time do not power off your
connected device or your Canvio AeroMobile Wireless
SSD.
When the firmware upgrade is completed successfully,
the popup menu closes.
