Making sure that the stack feed bypass, the
automatic duplexing unit and the side cover are
opened, open the exit cover.

Open the offset tray cover or job separator cover (if
installed).
Paper Misfeeds in the Exit Unit

Remove any misfeed paper inside the exit unit.

After removing all paper, close the offset tray cover
or job separator cover (if installed). Close the exit
cover and the right side cover. Return the duplex
unit to its normal position (if installed).
