1. MANUALLY PRINTING LISTS & REPORTS
You can print the following lists and reports.
* Lists and reports are printed on LT/A4-size paper.
If the copier is out of LT/A4-size paper, lists and reports are printed on the next larger size paper.
- Transmission journal:
List of transmissions. Outputs the latest 40 (or 120) transmissions.

- Reception journal:
List of receptions. Outputs the latest 40 (or 120) receptions.

- Reservation list:
List of the files in memory that are standing by to be sent.
- Address book information:
List of names, phone numbers of remote Faxes, E-mail address, SUB/SEP and SID/PWD entered in the
address book. See the [User Functions Guide].
- Group numbers information:
List of names and remote Faxes entered in a group. See the [User Functions Guide].
- Function list:
List of current system settings. See the [User Functions Guide].
- ITU Mailbox list:
List of the current status of mailboxes.
Printing Transmission/Reception Journals

Press the [JOB STATUS] button on the
control panel.

Press the [LOG] button to enter the log
menu, and then press the [SEND] or
[RECEIVE] button.
