Transmission Journal (Manually and Automatically Output)
This is the list of the transmission-related information such as communication results and remote Fax
numbers.
- Output information for the last 40 or 120 communications can be confirmed.
Switching the number of communications output "Setting the (transmission/reception) Journal Output and

- The mark in the “TO” column is appended when the 2nd TEL NUMBER is used for transmission.
- The mark in the “MODE” column is appended when the 2nd line is used.
- If any errors occur during transmission, the error code is displayed under the “STATUS” column. "Error

- When Multi-address Transmission by Internet Fax is performed, only the 1st address will be listed.
