Press the [FAX] button.

- If the desired file columns are not displayed, press the [Prev] or
[Next] button to switch the screens.

Releasing the department code error
In N/W-Fax function, if an invalid code is keyed in, “INVALID”
appears in the status column and the status becomes standby.
Select the file with the invalid code and press the [RELEASE] button
to key in the correct department code.

Press the [JOB STATUS] button on the
control panel to return to the standby
screen or wait 45 seconds for the
automatic reset.
