Mark the check box of the documents you want to delete and select
[Delete] from the [Edit] menu.
y The confirmation dialog box appears.
Users can also delete a document by selecting the document in the Documents frame,
clicking on the [Edit] menu and selecting [Delete]. In that case, make sure no pages are
checked in the Contents frame. If any pages are checked, the alert message will be dis-
played because pages cannot be deleted in View mode.

Click [OK].
y The documents are deleted.
