Specify the folder in the CD-ROM where the drivers are located.
Select a folder according to the language and operating system to use.
e.g.: When you use the 32-bit English OS, specify “... \Driver\English\i386”.

Click [Next].
If the Windows Security dialog box appears, click [Install this driver software anyway].

When the installation completes, click [Close].
This completes the scanner driver installation. The Found New Hardware dialog box appears again and the
installation of the printer driver begins.

Repeat steps 4 through 9 to install the printer driver.

After finishing the installation, make sure that the icon of the installed printer is located
in the Printers window.

Remove the CD-ROM from the CD-ROM drive.
You are finished with the installation of the scanner driver and printer driver.
Installing the drivers in Windows XP/Server 2003/Server 2003 R2

Connect this equipment to the computer using a USB cable, and then start the
computer.
When starting up the computer, do not plug in or unplug the cable.

Insert the driver CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive of the computer.
