[2B20] File library function error
[2B30] Insufficient disk space in BOX partition
[2BC0] Fatal failure occurred
[2BC1] System management module resource acquiring failure
[2B21] Exceeding file capacity
[2B31] Status of specified Electronic Filing or folder is undefined or being created/deleted
[2B32] Electronic Filing printing failure: Specified document can not be printed because of
client's access (being edited, etc.)

Check item Measures
Setting • Erase some data in the Electronic Filing or the shared
folder and perform the job in error again (in case of
[2B30]).
• Turn the power OFF and then back ON. Perform the job in
error again.
• Check that there is no other job in progress, and format
the HDD with [5] + [C] + [START].
• If the recovery is still not completed, replace the SYS
board.

FAX size” or reduce the number of pages and perform the
job again.
