• Is the value for 05-2160 "1"?
Repeat the procedure from the beginning.
• Is the value for 05-2160 "2"?
Drum surface potential sensor control abnormality. Go back to "Troubleshooting for
surface potential control related" and clear the problem.
* When 05-2133 (Status of image quality control) is other than "0", there is a problem with
the image quality control. Clear the problem with the trouble shooting for the image
quality control related.
