Setting
Compare the serial number of the equipment with a number
displayed in 08-9601
If they are different, enter the correct serial number at 08-9601.

Other service call The filtering function is not working properly due to the damage to the file
for the filtering setting.

Setting
1. Check the bad sector of the HDD (08-9072). If the result is “NG”,
replace the HDD.
Note:
It may take more than 30 minutes to finish the checking.
2. Perform [3] + [C] + [POWER] -> [3], and then reinstall the HDD
software.
Note:
User data will be deleted when [3] + [C] + [POWER] -> [3] is
performed.
