5 Pre-registration guide mounted defec-
tively?
Adjust scanner/printer using adjustment mode.
Clean roller with alcohol.
Re-install spring.
Adjust or replace gears, etc. if they are not engaged
properly.
Check circuit or motor and replace them if neces-
sary.
Re-install guide.
