Defining SBO mode

user should select the following items for the “GGIO3302$SCPSO” using the GR-TIEMS:

✓ Oper
✓ Cancel
✓ Origin
✓ stSeld
✓ sboClass† (choice ”operate-once”)
✓ ctlmodel (choice ”SBOes or SBOns” )
