16. Click on System > Channel Definition.
Depending on the port licenses may or may not be populated.
Received calls should be set to Yes. Beyond eight ports, the received
calls display as No. Change them all to Yes.
17. Restart Messaging again.
To Restart Messaging 1. Go to Enterprise Manager > Applications > Webmin.
2. Click Webmin.
3. Click System on left, then Bootup and Shutdown.
4. Check the t3vm.
