1. Töltsön meg egy mikrohullámú sütőben biztonságosan használható edényt 1 csésze hideg vízzel (250 ml), és tegye mellé a
szóban forgó edényt.
2. Főzze maximális teljesítményen 1 percig.
3. Óvatosan tapintsa meg az edényt a kezével. Ha az üres edény meleg, ne használja mikrohullámú sütéshez.
4. Ne lépje túl az 1 perces sütési időt.
