countvaluetotheholdregisteratcertaincycles. Thecountstarts
from"0."
Whenexternalinputpulsesareused,itcanbeusedasafrequency
counter. Becausecountingisdonecontinuously,theabsolutevalueof
inputpulsecountcanbemeasured.
Wheninternalinputpulsesareused,itcanbeusedasaselfdiagnosis
counter.
Theinterruptstatusfunctionsetwiththealarmfunctioncanbeused.
Interruptsduetothealarmvaluesettingofthespeedcounteroccurin
synchronizationwiththedataupdatecycleoftheholdregister.
Forthespeedcounter,gatecontrolwithgateinputandcommandis
invalid.
