Check 4 The touch pad may be damaged. Replace it with a new one following the
instructions in Chapter 4, Replacement Procedures. If the problem still exists,
perform Check 5.
Check 5 The touch pad SW cable may be damaged. Replace it with a new one following
the instructions in Chapter 4, Replacement Procedures. If the problem still exists,
perform Check 8.
Check 6 The system board may be damaged. Replace it with a new one following the
instructions in Chapter 4, Replacement Procedures.
