3.1 Displaying Locus Diagram Screen
This section describes how to display the screen to display the locus diagrams.
《Operating Procedure》
① On the [Analysis] menu, click [Locus Diagram].
② The locus diagram screen is displayed.
･ The locus diagram is displayed with initial setting details.
③ To close the locus diagram display, click [File], and then click [Close].
