3.2 Executing the Diagnostic Test
Running diagnostics requires Toshiba MS-DOS. To start the Diagnostic Test programs,
follow these steps:
1. Insert the Diagnostics Disk in the floppy disk drive and turn on the computer.
The Diagnostics Menu displays:

DIAGNOSTICS MENU :
1 - DIAGNOSTIC TEST
2 - HARD DISK FORMAT
3 -
4 - HEAD CLEANING
5 - LOG UTILITIES
6 - RUNNING TEST
7 - FDD UTILITIES
8 - SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
9 - EXIT TO MS-DOS
0 - SETUP
↑↓→← : Select items
Enter : Specify
Esc : Exit
NOTE: To exit the computer Diagnostics Menu, press the
Esc
key. If a test
program is in progress, press
Ctrl + Break
to exit or
Ctrl + C
to stop the
test program.
