3.14 Expansion Test
To execute the Expansion Test, select 11 from the Diagnostic Test Menu, press Enter, and
follow the directions on the screen. The Expansion Test contains two subtests.
NOTE: To execute this subtest, the PC card wraparound card is required.
Subtest 01 PCMCIA Wraparound (Internal)
Checks the following signal line of the PC card slot:
❑ Address line
❑ REG#, CE#1, CE#2 line
❑ Data line
❑ Speaker line
❑ Wait line
❑ BSY#, BVD1 line
Executes in the following order:

Subtest 02 PCMCIA Wraparound (External)
Checks the signal lines of the enhanced port replicator’s PC card slots.
Procedures for conducting this test are the same as for Subtest 01 PCMCIA
Wraparound (Internal) described above.
