4.11 Touch pad
Removing the touch pad
The following describes the procedure for removing the touch pad (See Figure 4-22).
1. Peel off the glass tape and disconnect the touch pad flat cable, finger print cable
from the connector on the touch pad.
2. Remove the following screws securing the touch pad plate.
• M2.5×3.0B SUPER THIN HEAD screw x6
3. Remove the touch pad board and touch pad plate.
4. Peel off and remove the touch pad from the cover assembly.
