4.10 Cooling Module 4 Replacement Procedures
1. If silicon greases are already applied to the CPU and fan module, wipe them off with
a cloth.
By using a special syringe, apply silicon greases to the CPU chip so that the entire
CPU chip can be covered with the greases.
2. Place the cooling module in the correct position.
3. Secure the four screws on the cooling module using the numbered order shown on the
screws.
4. Secure one screw next to the fan.
5. Connect the cooling module cable to CN14 on the system board.
