Symptom
The remote control does not
work properly.
Cause
• The remote control is not pointed at the
remote sensor of the player.
• The remote control is too far from the
player.
• The batteries in the remote control are
exhausted.
• The player’s remote sensor is exposed to
a strong light source such as direct
sunlight or other illumination.
Correction
• Point the remote control at the remote
sensor of the player.
• Operate the remote control within about
3 m.
• Replace the batteries with new ones.
• Avoid the player from being exposed to a
strong light source.
