Diagnostic Test Program Execution Check
The Floppy Disk Drive Diagnostic Test program is stored on the T1900!f1900C Diagnostics
Disk. After loading Toshiba
MS-DOS, run the diagnostics program. Refer to Chapter 3,
Tests
and
Diagnostics, for more information about the diagnostic test procedures.
NOTE:
As
noted in Chapter
3,
be sure to
remove
the
Diagnostics Disk
and
replace
it with a formatted work disk before continuing with
the
Diagnostic
Test
Program.
Floppy disk drive test error codes and their status names are listed
in
Table 2-4.

the following message is displayed, disable the write-protect tab on the floppy
disk.
