4. Slide a thin object between the top and bottom covers at the display latch and
gently pry the top cover free, but do not try to completely remove it (Figure 4-9).

5. Unfold and position the computer so that the display back is flat on the work
surface, with the front edge of the bottom facing upward at approximately 45
degrees. Gently pry open the 5 front latches and the 2 latches at either side.
6. Do not try to remove the top cover yet. Turn the computer right side up, and lift
up the front edge of the top cover (Figure 4-10).
7. Disconnect the AccuPoint cable from PJ503, keyboard cable from PJ8, LED
cable from PJ16, and display cable from PJ10 (Figure 4-10).

8. Lift off the top cover.
