Removing the Battery Pack
To remove the battery pack, follow the steps below and refer to figures 4-1and 4-2.
CAUTION: When handling battery packs, be careful not to short circuit the terminals.
Also do not drop, hit or otherwise apply impact; do not scratch or break the casing and
do not twist or bend the battery pack.
1. Turn the computer upside down with the front facing you.
2. Slide the battery lock in the direction of the arrow.
NOTE: For environmental reasons, do not throw away a spent battery pack.
Please follow local ordinances or regulations for its disposal.
