CHARAKTERYSTYKA PRODUKTU
Palnik gazowy jest przeznaczony do lutowania, podgrzewania oraz osuszania. Dzięki zasilaniu z wbudowanego
zbiornika mieszanką gazów propan i butan, możliwa jest praca w miejsca gdzie nie są dostępne źródła energii.
Niewielkie rozmiary oraz niska waga umożliwiają wygodną i bezpieczną pracę. Przyrząd został zaprojektowany
do użytku wyłącznie w gospodarstwach domowych i nie może być wykorzystywany profesjonalnie, tj. w zakładach
pracy i do prac zarobkowych. Prawidłowa, niezawodna i bezpieczna praca narzędzia zależna jest od właściwej
eksploatacji, dlatego:
Ważne: Przeczytać uważnie instrukcję użytkowania w celu zaznajomienia się z urządzeniem przed napeł-

WARUNKI BEZPIECZEŃSTWA
Urządzenie to może być używane tylko z butanem lub mieszanką propanu i butanu. Urządzenie posiada własny

Wymagane jest aby urz
ądzenia były użytkowane w dobrze przewietrzanych miejscach, zgodnie z wymaganiami
krajowymi dotyczącymi: dopływu powietrza do spalania; unikania niebezpiecznego gromadzenia się niespalonych
gazów.
Urządzenie powinno być używane z dala od materiałów łatwo palnych. Należy zachować co najmniej 5 metrów
odległości pomiędzy wylotem palnika, a przyległymi powierzchniami (ściany, sufity). Nigdy nie kierować wylotu

transportu. Zabronione jest wysyłanie urządzenia wraz ze zbiornikiem napełnionym gazem. Transportowanie

Nie odkładać zapalonego palnika. Uważać, aby nie grzać pojemników i nie spalić węży. Wymieniać akcesoria
jeżeli występuje taka potrzeba.
Nie pracować w pomieszczeniach zamkniętych; zapewnić dobrą wentylację

OBSŁUGA URZĄDZENIA
Uzupełnianie gazu (II)
Uzupełnianie gazu powinno odbywać się na zewnątrz lub w dobrze wentylowanym pomieszczeniu. Z dala od
źródeł ognia lub nadmiernego ciepła. Należy też zachować odległość od osób postronnych.
Zamknąć zawór gazowy, w tym celu należy przekręcić pokrętło regulatora do oporu w kierunku oznaczonym cyfrą
„1” oraz upewnić
się, że włącznik jest w pozycji oznaczonej „OFF”.
Należy stosować gaz dobrej jakości. Pojemnik z gazem powinien być wyposażony w adapter dostosowany do
rodzaju zaworu.
Skierować palnik zaworem do góry. Do zaworu przyłożyć wylot pojemnika z gazem. Docisnąć butlę do zaworu.
Napełniać do momentu pierwszych oznak przepełnienia, gaz zacznie się wydobywać się z pomiędzy połączenia
palnika z pojemnika z gazem. Odłożyć na kilka minut palnik w celu ustabilizowania ciśnienia gazu w zbiorniku.
Praca urządzeniem
Urządzenie może być używane zarówno jako palnik jak i lutownica lub opalarka.
W przypadku palnika należy zdemontować grot lutowniczy wraz z podstawą, odkręcając plastikowy pierścień.

Wyregulować wysokość płomienia za pomocą regulatora gazowego.
W przypadku lutownicy należy się upewnić, że grot lutowniczy wraz z podstawą jest mocno i pewnie dokręcony
za pomocą plastikowego pierścienia. Należy też sprawdzić połączenie grotu z podstawą.Upewnić się, że nie ma
wycieków gazu, następnie przekręcić pokrętło regulatora w kierunku oznaczonym cyfry „4”.
Przesunąć i przytrzymać podstawę grotu tak aby przez otwór w podstawie był widoczny wylot dyszy palnika.
Włącznik przestawić w pozycję oznaczoną „ON”, a następnie przykł
adając zewnętrzne urządzenia zapalające do
otworu w podstawie podpalić gaz wydobywający się z wylotu dyszy palnika (IV). Puścić podstawę grotu, dzięki
wbudowanej sprężynie podstawa wróci do położenia roboczego. Wyregulować wysokość płomienia za pomocą

W przypadku opalarki należy postępować identycznie jak w przypadku lutownicy jedynie należy odkręcić grot od
podstawy (V).
Wygaszanie palnika
Przestawić włącznik w pozycję oznaczoną „OFF”. Upewnić się, że płomień zgasł. Rozłożyć podstawkę i pozosta-
wić urządzenie celem schłodzenia. Uwaga! Zabronione jest schładzanie strumieniem wody.
Konserwacja urzą

Urządzenie czyścić za pomocą miękkiej, wilgotnej tkaniny. Większe zabrudzenia usuwać za pomocą mydlin
rozpuszczonych wodzie. Nie stosować ściernych środków czyszczących. Nie używać do czyszczenia środków
chemicznych i płynów czyszczących. W przypadku jakichkolwiek usterek i zanieczyszczeń dyszy należy się skon-
taktować z punktem serwisowym producenta. Zabronione jest samodzielne oczyszczanie dyszy zwłaszcza za
pomocą ostrych przedmiotów.
Nie modyfikować urządzenia. Nie używać urządzenia z uszkodzonymi elementami.
Przechowywanie
Urządzenie przechowywać w dostarczonych opakowaniach jednostkowych. W miejscu ciemnym, suchym i do-
brze wentylowanym. Niedostępnym dla osób postronnych, zwłaszcza dzieci. Urządzenie przechowywać w pozycji
pionowej.
Narzędzia nie wystawiać na działanie temperatury, powyżej 50

C oraz unikać wystawiania na dłuższe działanie

SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
The tool may be used only with butane or a propane-butane mixture. The tool has its own tank, which must be
filled with either gas. Filling must be carried out from pressurised containers by means of an adequate adapter,
provided along with containers.
Do not ever fill the tank without having previously read the instructions printed on the container.
The original structure and settings must not be modified. An attempt to modify the settings or the structure of the
unit and remove certain elements or using them for other purposes than intended may be dangerous.
Do not use the device if the sealing is damaged or worn out. Do not use the device, if it is untight, damaged or if it
is not functioning correctly. Do not use the device which bears any sign of damage.
Close the valves of the unit before filling the tank with gas. Do not smoke while changing gas cartridges.
The tool must be operated in well ventilated areas, in accordance with national regulations regarding: supply of air
for burning; avoidance of dangerous gathering on unburnt gases.
The tool should be used far from inflammable materials. Keep a minimum distance of 5 metres between the outlet
of the burner and the nearby surfaces (walls, ceilings). Do not ever direct the outlet of the burner towards people
or animals.
The gas tank must be filled in well ventilated places, preferably outdoors, far from any sources of fire, such as open
flames, pilot burners, electric heaters and away from other people.
If the tool is not tight (you can smell gas), then remove it immediately outdoors to a well-ventilated place containing
no source of fire, where the leakage may be localized and eliminated. If you want to check any leakage of the tool,
do it outdoors. Do not try to detect leakage using flames. To do so use water with soap.
During work the outlets of the burners heat up to a high temperature. Keep children and bystanders away from
the tool.
Before you proceed to fill the gas tank, make sure the gas burners are off.
Do not modify the tool.
In case the tool must be sent to the manufacturer or a service point, it is required to cool it down, empty the gas tank and
then place the in its case and protect it adequately for the given means of transport.
It is prohibited to send the tool along with the tank filled with gas. Transport of dangerous materials is
subject to restrictions.
Do not put a burning burner down. Do not heat up gas cartridges or burn hoses. Replace the accessories, if
necessary.
Do not work indoors; provide good ventilation. Work only in a clean area, away from inflammable or greasy materi-
als. Wear eye protection. Do not wear greasy clothes. Avoid welding and soldering fumes.
During work observe indications regarding: gas consumption (at normal settings) adequately for each of the ac-
cessories and the shelf life of the gas tanks.
Empty the gas tank, if the unit is not to be used for a long period or in case it is transported in a vehicle.
Store and transport gas cartridge upright. Protect them from children.
Use only specified spare parts. Do not ever use a unit with a damaged element.

In case of a gas leakage, it is required to immediately turn the burner off and walk away from any source of fire and
high temperature. Proceed in accordance with the information contained in safety data sheet provided along with
the gas cartridge. Head against the wind. Isolate the contaminated area and keep bystanders away. Try to stop or
at least reduce the emission to the environment, if possible. Use adequate protection of the respiratory tract. Spray
water mist to minimise and limit the release of gas.
OPERATION OF THE TOOL
Filling the gas tank (II)
Filling the gas tank should be realised outdoors or in a well-ventilated room, far from sources of fire or excessive
heat. Maintain a safe distance from bystanders.
Close the gas valve, turning the handwheel of the regulator to the limit towards the symbol „1” and make sure the
switch is „OFF”.
Use high quality gas. The gas container should be equipped with an adapter adequate for the kind of valve.
Place the gas burner with the valve pointing upwards. Place the outlet of the gas container at the valve. Press the
container to the valve. Continue filling the tank until the first signs of overfilling are noticed, when gas starts to come
out from the connection between the gas burner and the gas container. Put the gas burner down for a couple of
minutes in order for the pressure of the gas in the tank to stabilise.
Work with the tool
The tool may be used both as a gas burner and as a soldering tool or a hot air gun.
In case of its being used as a gas burner, it is required to dismantle the tip of the soldering tool along with the base,
unscrewing the plastic ring.
Make sure there is no gas leakage, and then slightly turn the handwheel of the regulator towards the symbol „4”.
Turn the switch ON, and then using an appropriate external lighting device light the gas coming out of the outlet
of the gas burner nozzle (III).
Adjust the height of the flame with the gas regulator.
In case the device is applied as a soldering tool, make sure the tip of the soldering tool along with the base,
unscrewing the plastic ring. Check also the connection of the tip to the base.
Make sure there is no gas leakage, and then slightly turn the handwheel of the regulator towards the symbol „4”.
Turn the switch ON, and then using an appropriate external lighting device light the gas coming out of the outlet
of the gas burner nozzle. Turn the switch ON, and then using an appropriate external lighting device light the gas
coming out of the outlet of the gas burner nozzle (IV). Release the tip base, and then the base will return to the
working position thanks to the internal spring. Adjust the height of the flame with the gas regulator. Wait approxi-
mately one minute until the tip is hot.
In case the device is used as a hot air gun, proceed as in the case of soldering tool, but the tip must be dismantled
from the base (V).
Turning the lamp burner off
Turn the handwheel of the regulator to the limit towards the symbol „OFF”. Make sure the flame has been put out. Un-
fold the support and leave the tool to cool down. Attention! It is prohibited to cool the device with a stream of water.

Make sure there is no gas leakage, and then slightly turn the handwheel of the regulator towards the symbol „+”.
Set the value in the middle of the operating range. Pull out the safety device of the switch (IV), and then press it
and hold it pressed. The internal lighting tool will light gas at the gas burner nozzle. Adjust the height of the flame
with the gas regulator.
The work mode selector permits instantaneous or continuous operation. In case of instantaneous operation it must
be turned „OFF”. In this mode the switch must be held all the time, and once it is released the gas flow is cut off
and the flame is put out. Continuous operation is possible when the selector is set to „CONTINOUS”. In such a
case if the switch is released the gas supply is not cut off. This permits operation, when continuous supply of gas
for a prolonged period of time is required.
Putting the gas burner out
In case of instantaneous operation, it is sufficient to release the switch, and then the gas flow is cut off and the
flame is put out.
In case of continuous operation the operation switch must be moved to „OFF”, and then the gas flow is cut off and
the flame is put out.
Leave the tool on the support in a vertical position, so that it cools down.
Attention! It is prohibited to cool the device with a stream of water.
Maintenance of the device
The tool must be cleaned with a soft and humid cloth. Heavy dirt must be removed with soap diluted in water. Do
not use abrasive cleaning agents. Do not use chemicals and cleaning liquids. In case of any damage and dirt in the
nozzle, it is required to contact a service workshop of the manufacturer. It is prohibited to clean the nozzle alone,
particularly using sharp objects.
Do not modify the device. Do not use the device with damaged elements.
Storage
The tool must be stored in the provided individual cases in a dark, well-ventilated and dry place, not accessible to
third parties, particularly children. Store the vertically.
Do not expose the tool to temperatures exceeding 50
O
C and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

PROPERTIES OF THE TOOL
The gas burner has been designed for soldering, heating or drying. Since it is fed with propane and butane car-
tridges, it is possible to operate the tool where there is no source of electric energy. Compact dimensions and low
weight permit a comfortable and safe operation. The tool has been designed solely for domestic use and must not
be used professionally, i.e. in plants or for commercial purpose. A correct, reliable and safe operation of the tool
depends on its correct use, so:
Important: Read the operating manual thoroughly in order to get acquainted with the tool before it is con-
nected to the gas cartridge. Keep the manual for future reference.
The supplier shall not be held responsible for any damage occurred as a result of failure to observe safety regula-
tions and indications contained in this manual.
ACCESSORIES
The tool is delivered complete and does not require assembly. The tool is supplied with an empty gas tank.

CHARAKTERISTIK DES PRODUKTES
Der Gasbrenner ist zum Löten, Vorwärmen sowie Trocknen bestimmt. Auf Grund der Tatsache, dass er mit Hilfe
eines eingebauten Behälters mit einem PropanButan-Gasgemisch versorgt wird, ist sein Einsatz auch an den Stel-
len möglich, wo es keine Energiequelle gibt. Geringe Abmessungen sowie das niedrige Gewicht ermöglichen einen
bequemen und sicheren Funktionsbetrieb. Das Gerät wurde ausschließlich für den Hausgebrauch entwickelt und
darf nicht professionell, d.h. in Produktionsbetrieben bzw. zu gewerblichen Zwecken, genutzt werden. Der richtige,
zuverlässige und sichere Funktionsbetrieb des Werkzeuges ist von der korrekten Nutzung abhängig, deshalb:
Wichtig: Um sich mit diesem Gerät vertraut zu machen, muss man, bevor es mit Gas aufgefüllt wird, die
Bedienanleitung aufmerksam durchlesen. Diese Anleitung ist für die Zukunft immer einzuhalten.
Für sämtliche Schäden, die im Ergebnis der Nichteinhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Empfehlungen der
vorliegenden Anleitung entstanden, übernimmt der Lieferant keine Haftung.
AUSRÜSTUNG
Das Gerät wird im kompletten Zustand angeliefert und erfordert keine Montage. Das Produkt wird mit einem leeren
Gasbehälter angeliefert.

SICHERHEITSBEDINGUNGEN
Das Gerät darf nur mit Butan oder einem PropanButan-Gasgemisch genutzt werden. Es besitzt einen eigenen Be-
hälter, den man mit einem der oben angeführten Gase auffüllen muss. Das Auffüllen ist aus Behältern unter Druck
und mit Hilfe eines entsprechenden Adapters durchzuführen, der zusammen mit dem Behälter angeliefert wird.
Vor jedem Anschließen des Behälters ist vorher die auf ihm gedruckte Anleitung durchzulesen.
Die beim Hersteller ausgeführte Komplettierung und Einstellungen dürfen nicht geändert werden. Versuche der
Änderung von Einstellungen oder des Aufbaus vom Liefersatz sowie die Demontage einiger Teile oder ihr Einsatz
für andere Zwecke als vorgesehen können gefährlich sein.
Es darf kein Gerät mit beschädigten oder verschlissenen Dichtungen zum Einsatz kommen. Kein Gerät verwen-
den, wenn es undicht, beschädigt ist oder nicht richtigt funktioniert. Im Prinzip ist kein Gerät zu verwenden, das
irgendwelche Beschädigungen aufweist.
Vor dem Auffüllen mit Gas sind die Ventile des Gerätes zu schließen. Während dem Wechseln der Behälter darf
nicht geraucht werden.
Weiterhin ist es erforderlich, dass die Geräte entsprechend den inländischen Anforderungen bzgl. der Luftzufuhr
zum Verbrennen an gut belüfteten Stellen eingesetzt werden; auch eine Ansammlung von unverbrannten Gasen
ist unbedingt zu vermeiden.
Das Gerät sollte nur weit entfernt von leicht brennbaren Materialien verwendet werden. Dabei ist ein Mindestab-
stand von 5 Metern zwischen dem Brenneraustritt und anliegenden Flächen (Wände, Decken) einzuhalten. Der
Brenneraustritt darf niemals auf Menschen oder Tiere gerichtet werden.
Das Gas ist an gut belüfteten Stellen, am besten außerhalb von Räumen und weit entfernt von irgendwelchen
Feuerstellen, wie offene Flamme, Pilotbrenner, elektrische Heizlüfter und weit weg von anderen Menschen auf-

nur an einem sauberen Ort, weit entfernt von brennbaren oder fettigen Materialien zu arbeiten. Augenschutzmittel
verwenden. Keine fettige Kleidung tragen. Das Einatmen der Schweiß- bzw. Lötdämpfe ist zu vermeiden.
Während des Funktionsbetriebes sind die Empfehlungen bzgl.: des Gasverbrauches (bei normalen Einstellungen)
entsprechend für jedes Zubehör sowie die Verwendungsdauer der Behälter zu beachten.
Wenn der Gerätesatz über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht genutzt wird oder im Falle eines Transport mit einem
Fahrzeug ist der Gasbehälter zu entleeren.
Die Gasbehälter sind in stehender Position zu lagern und zu transportieren sowie vor Kindern zu schützen.
Verwenden Sie nur ausspezifizierte Ersatzteile. Der Gerätesatz darf niemals mit einem beschädigten Teil zum
Einsatz kommen.
