NOTE:
1. After 80000 km (48000 miles) or 48 months, inspect every 20000 km (12000 miles) or 12 months.
2. Check that the radiator, condenser and intercooler are not blocked with leaves, dirt or insects, and clean them if necessary, and
check the hose connection for the installation condition, corrosion etc.
3. Change at 160000 km (100000 miles) then every 80000 km (50000 miles).
4. Only use “Toyota Super Long Life Coolant” or similar high quality ethylene glycol based non- silicate, non- amine, non- nitrite, and non- borate
coolant with long- life hybrid organic acid technology. (Coolant with long- life hybrid organic acid technology is a combination of low
phosphates and organic acids.) See “Checking the engine coolant level” on page 160 for details of coolant type selection.
