3. SENDING AND RESTORING STORED CONTACTS USING A USB MEMORY
1 Open the cover and connect a USB
memory.

2 Press the “SETUP” button.
3 Select “General”.
4 Select “Backup stored contacts to
USB”.
5 Check that a progress bar is being dis-
played while the data sending is in
progress.
6 Check that a confirmation screen is
displayed when the operation is com-
plete.
SENDING STORED
CONTACTS TO A USB
MEMORY
The entries stored in the “Stored” list
on the “My destinations” screen and
“Contacts” screen (P.92, 216) can
be transferred to a USB memory.
Downloading may not complete cor-
rectly in the following cases:
• Vehicles with a smart entry & start sys-
tem: If the power <engine> switch is
turned off during downloading.
• Vehicles without a smart entry & start
system: If the engine switch is turned
to the “LOCK” position during down-
loading.
• If the USB memory is removed before
downloading is complete
