4-5. Using the driving support systems
If the Rear Cross Traffic Auto Brake function detects that a collision
with an approaching vehicle is possible, the hybrid system output will
be restricted to restrain any increase in vehicle speed. (Hybrid system
output restriction control: See A below.)
Additionally, if the accelerator pedal continues to be depressed, the
brakes will be applied automatically to reduce the vehicle speed.
