8. REMOVE CONNECTOR COVER
ASSEMBLY
Caution:
Wear insulated gloves.
(1) Remove the 2 bolts and connector cover
assembly.
9. CHECK TERMINAL VOLTAGE
(1) Check voltage at the terminals in inspection
point in the power control unit.
Caution:
Wear insulated gloves.
To prevent serious injury or death, do not
proceed with dismantling of the HV system
until the voltage at the terminals in the
inspection point is 0 V.
Standard voltage:
0 V
Hint:
Set the tester to the DC 750 Volts range to measure the voltage.
This inspection is performed to verify that it is safe to remove the HV battery.
10. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE
COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK
(1) Push the 2 pins and remove the 2 No. 1
luggage compartment trim hooks.
