•Properoperationofelectricalaccessories(includinginteriorlight,clock,andradioreset).
•Interiorcleanliness.
•Properfunctionofmechanicalsystems.
CustomerretentionandpropermaintenanceofvehicleshasbeenamajorfocusforToyota.Tohelp
remindcustomersthatregularoilchangesareessentialtothepropermaintenanceoftheirvehicle,
dealersarerequiredtobegininstallingafirstoilchangereminderstickerpriortodelivery.Bydoing
this,customerswillberemindedtoreturntoyourdealershipfortheirfirstoilchange.Yourcurrent
oilchangereminderstickermaybeused.(SeePDSCheckSheetitem8of“FinalInspection&
Cleaning.”)
