Creating an Exception Template

3. Click the Exception button. The Exception/Exception Template Defi-
nition window displays (see Figure 78).

4. Click the Create New Exception Template button.
5. In the blank field to the right of the Create New Exception Template
button, type a name for the exception template.
6. In the Duration field, use the arrows to select the number of days you
want the selection to last (if more than one).
7. Click Save to save the template. The scheduling screen displays.
Note:
The Exception button is not active unless you have changed
events for the selected day. An example change that makes the
Exception button active is changing an event’s start or end
time.
