Backing up Reports
Backing up reports archives a copy of saved reports to a subdirectory on
the hard disk or to other media. You can back up any and all reports of a
specific type at a site.
To back up reports:
1. From the Tools menu, select Backup (see Figure 35).

2. Select Reports from the list. The Backup Reports—Select Site dialog
box displays (see Figure 36).

3. Select the desired site to back up.
4. Click OK. The Backup Reports dialog box displays (see Figure 37 on
page 203).
